Email Design Guideline

I led the design of an email guideline for TikTok’s monetization products, shaping how our emails look and feel. I worked with product managers, marketers, and developers to make sure our emails clearly communicated key information.

My role involved creating a visually consistent, easy-to-use email design system that followed TikTok’s branding. I designed responsive, engaging templates that worked across different devices and optimized content layout, typography, images, and calls to action for better clarity and impact.

By testing and refining designs based on feedback, I developed a guideline that improved email consistency, engagement, and overall understanding of TikTok’s monetization products—helping drive the success of our initiatives.
